Welcome to our NEW online scheduler. This link is for existing patients only. If this is your first time using our new online schedule, please note that you will first need to create an account.
(1) Click the schedule button below.
(2) Click ‘REGISTER’ on the following screen.
(3) Fill out the necessary information so that our system can recognize you and match you with your file in our protected EHR system. *NOTE* You must use the cell phone number we have on file and your full name like that found on your insurance card.
(4) Then, ‘REQUEST A TOKEN’ and follow the instructions to verify.

Setting up an account is really very easy. Once you create an account, you can schedule, re-schedule, or send us a text, ANYTIME! As always, if you do not see a time that works for your schedule, please call our office and we will do our best to get you in ASAP.
