Phase 1: Pain Relief

During phase 1, we are getting your pain under control, normalizing your movement, and starting the recovery process to get you back to your favorite activities. Our goal is to decrease pain 50% before moving to the second phase of care.

Phase 2: Return to Sport

In phase 2, we work on building up your strength, stability, and tolerance to allow a safe return to sport, work, and life. Our goal is to have competency in all movements necessary for sport and life so you can participate without restriction.

Phase 3: Performance

In phase 3, we help you achieve your health and fitness goals through easily accessible care and programming. Most high-level athletes receive health and performance care throughout the year; why shouldn’t you?
