LICENSED ATHLETIC TRAINER

Revive Sport & Spine is a progressive, evidence-based sports chiropractic and injury rehabilitation clinic serving the greater Salt Lake City area. Our goal has always been to help our patients achieve theirs, whatever they may be. We understand that each patient is unique, with individual goals, and we are looking for a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) to join our team and help our patients succeed.
Primary Responsibility:
- Exercise Coordinator: Manage and progress each patient's specific injury and performance rehabilitation plan in the office and assure understanding of home care.
- Therapy Assistant: Knowledge and support by assisting with common manual therapy and treatment modalities.
- Contributing Team Member: As part of our Revive Sport & Spine Team, you will be expected to assist in the success of our patients, the growth of our practice, and the support of each team member.
Your additional responsibilities include:
· Musculoskeletal and movement evaluation and injury prevention techniques.
· Development and guidance of patients through a personal plan of care.
· Provide outstanding customer service, communication, and education.
· Learn and enter data through electronic medical records, including charting and documentation
· Attend community events: We support our local community, including races, gyms, and charity events.
Other duties include answering phones, scheduling, cleaning, filing, maintaining the facility, front desk coverage, team development, and regular training of new policies and techniques.
Basic/Required:
· This position requires U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident Status.
· Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Athletic Training from an accredited institution.
· BOC Certified Athletic Trainer with active licensure.
· DOPL security background check and positive clearance of licensure.
· Fluent oral and written communication skills in English
Preferred:
· 2 years of experience working with athletes in a clinical or educational-based setting.
· Advanced Soft Tissue Mobilization Training (e.g., IASTM, Active Release Technique, etc.)
· Strength and Conditioning Experience or CSCS Certified
· Strong work ethic and desire to provide the highest level of customer support
· Must demonstrate a keen interest in working with musculoskeletal injuries, spine-based pain, and active individuals.
Experience:
Athletic Training: 1-2 years (Preferred)
Strength & Conditioning Experience (Preferred)
On-Site training will be provided.
Education:
Bachelor's (Required)
License:
First Aid CPR AED (Required)
State Athletic Training (Required) - DOPL - In Good Standing
Job Types: Full-Time
Starting Salary: $15-17/hour
